Urban-n-Island Consortium maintains the right to modify its’ recipes to provide our customers with the best smelling fragrances. The products shown on the Urban-n-Island Consortium Website are offered for sale within the limit of available stock and under the conditions of sale specified on the Website.
Island Scents fragrances are handcrafted in small batches to provide our customers with the freshest product. As Urban-n-Island Consortium maintains an established recipe for each batch, it is possible that fragrance variations could occur per fragrance batch, and thus, per individual order. Our Island Scents products are handcrafted with fragrance oils along with essential oil or cold pressed coconut oil; Island Scents fragrances are not all natural to wear and contain fragrance oil. If you have extremely sensitive skin, it is always recommended to do a patch test (try a small portion of our oil on a very small portion of your skin) for compatibility and potential allergic reactions.

Urban-n-Island Consortium will not charge you for any order it chooses not to accept. You may change or cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. You must notify us at islandscents@gmail.com or on our contact page immediately. If your order has already shipped, you may not cancel your order. Urban-n-Island Consortium may cancel your order at any time in our sole discretion, with or without explanation. Urban-n-Island Consortium will refund you within three days of sending you a notification of cancellation.
RETURN POLICY
All online product sales at the Urban-n-Island online store are final. Items may not be exchanged once purchased and may not be returned to individual stores that carry Urban-n-Island Consortium products. Individual stores will only take returns from their own store and pursuant to their own return policies. Individual stores will not take returned perfume (1) without receipts; (2) with receipts from a different brick and mortar store; or (3) with receipts from the Urban-n-Island Consortium online store.

You will notice two seller categories for our Urban-n-Island Consortium members. To be eligible for the “Distributor” pricing you must purchase a minimum of 36 products mix or match, be a selling inside a brick and mortar location on Maui and be a cash on delivery account. Complete payment for products is expected at time of delivery. Cash is preferred but Paypal Invoice accounts and checks are also options for your convenience. All other sellers that do not pay in full when the product is received and or purchase the minimum of 24 products but less than 36 of the same product are considered “Marketers” of our hand made products. Marketers may choose to purchase 24 tropical flower clips and 12 Island Scents fragrance oils for example. The minimum order for both seller types is three dozen. Your first order is always a cash on delivery transaction to establish an above-board relationship.
